800 GMS AMERICAN TIN PLATE CORRUGATED BREAD MOULD.

Strengthens entire mould to resist shock in manual and automatic handling. Due to less surface contact dough, sticking is reduced for better releases, longer glaze life and many other advantages. It also provides a firmer side crust for better slicing and wrapping. The possibility of air pocket throughout the make-up and baking cycle is eliminated to ensure a uniform backed product. The greater surface area of Corrugations is responsible for picking up more heat in the oven resulting in faster baking.
